ups, downs and no change
by: Pnm17Please name a few houses on the rise, ones falling and status quo with no change. Rather than ranking houses, it might be nice to understand recent and expected house trends! Thanks and can't wait for recruitment!

i really wouldn't let this super impact your opinion of houses honestly. houses can rise and fall very quickly depending on the year. just because i think a house is 'falling' right now doesn't mean it won't be rising within a year or maybe two. and all it takes is one thing to go wrong for a house to start falling.
with that being said...
up: ADPi, APhi, DG, PBP
no change: AXO, XO, DDD, DZ, GPB, KAT, KKG, PM
down: AGD, AOPi, KD, ZTA

Personally i think GPB was on the upswing but has stalled, partially because ZTA and AOPi are falling. Yes, they've improved a lot, but somehow they've still managed to be stuck in the middle of new row.

We're not comparing them to each other, just giving you a list, relatively speaking, of houses on the rise and houses on the decline.

Well someone has to be going up and I think out of that group of houses it's definitely not aopi theta or dz. I think aopi has been staying the same, dz and theta haven't been doing so well and naturally that leaves a little wiggle room for gphi to move up. When I rushed I would have never gone gphi but I think now I would probably consider it over at least theta, maybe dz

they had an attractive pledge class which got them up in the guys eyes, at least over DZ and Theta
