I would switch Chi O with AXO. After all AXO stands for Almost Chi O.

Phi Mu should never be tier two. tier 3 should be switched with tier 4. Have No clue why someone keeps ranking Pi Phi so high over and over again. Must be a Pi Phi self ranking.
