Completely depends on the house. Obviously, houses on Univ Blvd are going to be on the higher side while houses on Jefferson are going to be on the lower side. Usually though ranges range from 2K - 5 K a semester. Most houses are usually somewhere in between there on the average side. Obviously, if you want more specific answers, you can always email the rush chair of a house you have in mind and ask, assuming y'all are rushees.
