All of them. All houses have very specific characteristics they look for in houses, and when I mean all houses, I mean all... Top houses, bottom houses, and houses in between all have strict requirements. Personally, when I rushed (I never had a full schedule) I actually got dropped from AOPi and GPB after IWTs and XO and KKG kept me right before pref... Tiers don't define houses, each house is good and competitive in their own ways.

It stems from the lawsuit from earlier this year. The freshman that got so drunk she was hospitalized. Her parents sued and as it heads to trial Panhellenic is getting involved as the evidence is presented. Trying to see if she was forced to drink, who gave it to her since she was underage, and as she got dangerously intoxicated why no one did anything.
