phi mu or axo?

I am incoming freshman rushing. My mother was a phi my at Bama. My sister was Axo at Bama. My mother really wants me to go Phi mu. My sister wants me to go Axo? What do I do. There is never a guarantee at either ?

- You are NOT guaranteed a bid.
- It completely depends on your grades, involvement, appearance, etc. If you don't have at least a 3.5 say goodbye to AXO, if you don't have at least a 3.3 say goodbye to PM.
- Don't limit yourself to these two houses. It's fine that you have these two on your mind, especially considering you're a legacy, but please be open to others... After all, that's what it seems like with your sister - your mom probably pressured her to go PM as well, but chose AXO because of how she felt. Both are great houses, but so are the 14 other houses here.

I'm in one of these. You go where your heart is. I know the week will be so stressful for you, and I'm sorry you have to face that, but what a great problem to have! I agree with the poster above. Even if it isn't one of these, find your best place. Good luck!

I used one of our founders as my name, so there's that. I'm not sure why that post made you mad though? I really do hope she finds her best fit.

I suspect this is a troll trying to make a specific girl look bad. Nobody would be stupid enough to give personal info like that away.

Think outside the box. I was a phi mu legacy here and joined a house that is a better fit for me. Yes phi my is a great chapter here but I just did not see myself there. I tend to like old row over the houses on new row

Those houses are both great, but the girls are pretty different so I think you'll know early on where you belong. And it might not be at either of them, and that's okay too. I feel bad for legacies when they get too much outside pressure, so make sure you go where you want to go. But also remember you are not guaranteed a bid anywhere.

My mom was a phi my at bama and they cut me right before pref. You're not guaranteed anything because you're a legacy at this school, it's too competitive

Onhere really doesn't like alpha chi. I wonder why?

Hard working girls who stay out of drama, make good grades, dress normal, speak to people Greek and none, friendly.

This isn't going to work. Go pick on someone else.

It's not that hard to look "normal" at this school. Let's be real here, all we wear is comfort color tees and norts lol. Don't give yourselves too much credit AXO-you're nothing special!
