serious question

I go to a big southern school that is very much a greek school (but not as much as alabama obviously).
On our page it's essentially just people arguing about rank. On Alabama's page it seems to be a lot of drama that's pointed to specific girls, just generally a lot nastier stuff.
Not at all coming at your greek life, it is the best in the nation. I just wanted to know why people thought this page is more drama centered. Is it just due to the sheer number of people in greek life, and the bad ones take it online, or is this how it is in real life too?

lol why are you on this page if you don't go here. I'm not trying to be rude, but personally i wouldn't waste my time lurking on another school's page...
but there's a lot of drama on here because it's the summer before rush. things always pick up on this site around this time of year - more pnms asking questions, more actives self ranking and bashing other houses, more moms and alum trying to give their two cents as well. pretty typical if you ask me. but i want to mention that this site doesnt reflect our greek life community in real life. this site is used by a small fraction of our enormous greek community here.
also, in general, there's usually a lot of fighting over ranks because believe it or not @Sad ranks are changing. old row houses have stopped caring, new row houses are improving significantly. time are changing ma.

Tru. Things are changing on campus. All the great oos is helping every house be high quality and the actual difference between top and bottom is probably less now than ever
