DZ is actually high on my wish list, based on my research and personal attachment to the National Philanthropy. Obviously, I will need to see how it goes when I'm actually going through Rush in August, but seems like the hate is silly here. Who cares where anonymous people on the internet rank a house, if you feel like it's your home.
