will i get cut for only having one rec

Considering I have a good conversation with a house and everything goes well, will I get cut for only having one rec for that certain house??

I can't speak for every house, but having one rec is 1000% better than having none and I can't imagine a house would cut you if they loved you but had only one rec. where it might make a difference is if they are deiciding between you and another similar PNM and the tiebreaker was who had better recs
