Here's what we're working with for Aug. Not much change from last year:
Top: AXO, XO, KKG, PM
Middle Top: KD, DDD, AGD, PBP
Middle: ZTA, ADPi, APhi, DG (could go here or below)
Bottom (but still great, seriously): GPB, AOPi, Theta, DZ

I agree. I'm super interested to see how the cards fall for those two houses in recruitment this year because I could see Theta overcoming DG in the next year or two. They're the most underrated house on campus IMO. We'll see.

I think that on paper, Theta is definitely better than DG. Better grades, better involvement, better sisterhood, etc. The area Theta needs to improve on is reputation. I mean, DG doesn't have the best reputation either, but I feel like Theta needs to recruit better girls.

Insta in no way tells you how a house really is. They only post what they want you to see (and think.) don't fall for that.
