What's the deal with Phi Psi? I know a few of them and will most likely be pushed into rushing there next year. How come they don't show up on any of these discussions? Are they that bad, or do they just not have a strong presence?

No strong presence, never mind that their house is the closest to the stadium. The house will probably be gone by this time next year. I'm guessing they'll move to one of the houses vacated by a group that built a new one.

Phi Psi is supposed to move into Pi Kapp's house when they complete their new one, so at least they'll have a pretty nice house. Phi Sigma Kappa is gonna buy Theta Chi's house when they finish theirs.
