Do all recs have to be from alumni? Or could I get a recommendation from an active at another school? Thanks!

Depends on the sorority! Look up their rec policy (probably will be on their nationals' website). I know that some houses let actives at other schools write recs but some don't

Some sororities do let actives write them, but it's still kind of a last resort thing. We encourage you to find recs from alumnae.
