i'm an OOS pnm from Missouri (St Louis suburbs). is that considered southern?

Close call. Prob depends on how you were raised. I see Mizzouri girls in both old and new row and they are all happy where they landed, as far as I can tell.

Not considered Southern but you can still land in an Old Row house... it's just that your hometown won't help you get there.
