by: pnmHow do sororities cut? Do the members vote on each girl individually?

This information falls under membership selection and is not to be discussed with non-initiated members. Every sorority does it differently, so everyone may talk about you in a group meeting or the girls you talked to each round will vote on you separately or the decision will be made some other way. Your recs usually play into the decision too. But you won't know exactly how it all works until you're initiated and on the other side of rush

Most houses rate you on a scale that the girl above gave. HOWEVER in some houses they have different rules that slightly change this depending on if you are a legacy or if some girls really try to fight for you. Like some houses must invite you back once if you're a legacy.

Ok nerd. This site is anonymous, so you could tell her exactly how your house does it, but just not say what house you're in.
In my house, the group of girls that talked to you that round all vote on you on a scale of 1 to 5. That evening all girls scores are totaled and the lowest score girls are dropped. For the gray area/girls with ties scores, we go through them individilually as a house and vote whether or not to keep them or cut.
