summer rush
by: RTI won't be able to make it down for the spring rush parties. I will only be able to go to the one a week before school stars in August. Do i have a chance at getting a bid? or will it be impossible.

It will be very hard for you, unfortunately. However, there are some new ones like Sigma Tau Gamma that I doubt will be doing a traditional fraternity rush. Mainly you will only be able to get in to a new one; other than that, you could possibly spring rush or just rush the next year.

It will be hard but not impossible. Old row is out of the question. Your best bet is to contact the rush chairs in the new row fraternities and explain your situation. Best bets are probably DX, DTD, ATO, AKL, KE, and if your are really desperate the Chi Phi is an option.

nothing is out of the question depending on who you know. KA is the pickiest about that, but people have gotten DKE, SAE, Sigma Nu bids once school has started. As previously stated, get in contact with the rush chairs and talk to them about your situation and see what happens. Good luck
