What are some things you can get fined for and how much $? Are some houses more nortorious than others for fining?

It really depends on the sorority. I know that mine fines for things such as missing chapter and philanthropy events

Most houses fine for things such as unexcused chapters, not attending mandatory events, not having enough points, and the more hefty fines are for missing rush events. Overall it depends on the house in terms of what fines there are and how much. As long as you do what you need to do then you won't get fined. But a good amount of girls find it hard to meet all the requirements on top of a busy course load as well as various extracurriculars.

My house only fines for missing rush activities. They threaten to fine over missing things like chapter and Greek week, but they're just empty threats. As long as you have a reasonable excuse, you'll be fine.
