This is actually good and I think keeping AOII in Group 4 is okay and GPhi in Group 5 is okay -- but I would say that each is on watch to move (AOII down and GPhi up). The OP is probably giving AOII some slack for having a down cycle but a decent tradition and a transitioning housing situation. I would like to see GPhi continue trend up through a generation of members.

I think that its fair to put AOII in 4 and keep GPhi at 5 considering the fact Gphi is at the peak of their cycle and AOII is at the bottom.

I would switch APhi with ADPi, because of similarities with the others in their line. Then, I would consider row 3 and 4 to be equal to one another, but just different based on who they recruit.
