Definitely a kappa above. Every girl in my group wanted xo more over kappa, kd, or ddd. Over the past few years xo has pulled so many better girls which is why they are upper top. Sorry kappa your not "upper top" anymore in the ranks. No one else cares but kappa.

I'm so sick of Kappas telling us we all wanted them during rush. Like...no..a lot of us didn't? A lot of girls in my rush group were not upset at all when they got dropped from Kappa, they were much more upset about AXO, Phi Mu, XO, and sometimes even DDD. I think girls were less upset about KD because they knew that KD takes a tooonnnnn of in state girls. Kappa was a pretty mediocre house in my book, with the Old Row status being the only attractive thing. There was like one girl that I remember being super upset about Kappa but that's it. I preffed Kappa and did not put them as my first choice.

I don't think Kappa understands that being sought after in rush doesn't necessarily translate to being a top house. The pnms don't know everything about a house ahead of time. Once you get on campus and meet the girls in various houses you learn who has the smart girls, the classy girls, the pretty girls, the party girls.

So relying solely on return rates to determine a top house isn't reliable. It's an important factor into a house's reputation, but it doesn't paint the whole picture.

Kappa's a phenomenal house, just not necessarily a top 3 house.
