Selective houses on new row (abc order)- adpi, aphi, pi phi, zta
Less selective- aopi, dg, dz, gphi, kao

I think that they are the least selective of the average/ more selective houses because they have to take stupid, pretty girls since a lot of hot, pretty girls don't want their house. However, they do still seem to be able to target/ recruit a more cohesive "type" of girls than the less selective houses, they just have to sacrifice their gpa to do it

I mean yea they aren't selective with grades but they are with looks and more pnms want them than those other 5 so they can turn more away
