There are several levels of competition. The top girls are at one level. Then there are the in-state girls from certain areas. Then there are the southern OOS. Then there are the Texas and Florida pnms. Then there are the California and western PNMs, There are the Northeast and the Chicago and Nashville. The connections, the chemistry, where girls from those areas generally click the best, are all so dynamic and personal.
Don't worry about the "top pnms". You are not competing with them. The sororities are competing for them. There may be a hundred or so pnms on that level. You can usually tell who they are by looking at comments on insta and Facebook.

There is no magic number or formula to recruitment. Relax chill take a pill. Be your charming self at recruitment and you will do fine.
Some guy or AI bot at GR HQ is throwing everything including the kitchen sink into his post questions just so we'll post more answers to his stunningly mercurial inquiries. Once we give him two correct answers he'll turn and ask something equally dumb like are only women allowed to rush a sorority.

I didn't know that there were so many tiers and groups of PNMs based on geographical location. Are you saying that those groups are tiers (so, Southern OOS > Texas & Florida > California > Northeast & Chicago) or are you saying that houses only take X number from each of those areas so the girls within those groups are competing with each other? Also, aren't Texas, Nashville, and Florida considered Southern OOS as well?
