phi mu dropouts

do you think that phi mu will expand their quote and take in more PNM's this year due to the amount of girls that dropped last year?

No, it depends on how many girls are rushing to begin with.

Quota is based on how many girls are rushing, but there is also a total set by panhellenic that the houses need to be at or they have to COB

Nobody has to COB. It's a choice made by each house.

I believe at a certain point if your house is under quota/ total for too many years in a row you get in trouble with panhellenic though

No, they have to much pride to admit that many girls dropped. They'll keep denying it and pretend it didn't happen.

They can't expand quota on their own. It's set by Panhellenic. If you are under total after rush they can COB until they reach total.
