top jefferson house??

I've heard people say both sig ep and delta chi are the top jefferson house(s), but which one do y'all think is the top one and why?

DX, biggest house on Jefferson, way cooler guys and better parties, completely underrated because the location. They were offered to move to University before several that are there now, but their alumni won't let them.

Depends what you're looking for i guess and whoever you fit in best w but sig eps are very smart, they still have really fun parties but delta chi might have more parties. both good!

Sig ep over delta chi for me, nicer guys, cuter guys, parties don't get shut down early and they get in less trouble with the school. Plus delta chi's pledge class was mediocre (and that's being generous), Sig ep got a good one

What are all the relatively well off or well regarded Jefferson houses?

In no order:

DX, Kappa Sig, LXA, ZBT, DTD and I guess Sig Ep if they are back and doing well.

Kind of a toss up. Sig Ep is ATO light. And they just got back on campus after being gone for years. They aren't affiliated either. Still respectable because they do have history at the Capstone.

DX is solid, but underrated due to their location. They are affiliated though, so SGA positions come easier. DX parties more as well.
