There are no PNMs that are tops for every house. Every house goes after different types of girls, and there is no handful of PNMs that are tops at every house.

Don't do that to some poor girl. Every house has their own priorities and preferences and there is no single "hot" PNM for all of sorority row. Just know that the "total package" type of girls with strong grades, leadership, activities, style, looks, chill personality, and excellent reputation and obvious capability to stick around and pay for all four years -- will be sought after in particular.
