fraternity rush
by: Freshman TransferHey everyone, How the hell are you supposed to rush fraternities at Alabama before the fall (for Fall pledgeship obviously) if they do not put up calendars on their website or have rush chair information anywhere? I have seen that multiple of the better fraternities do this.

you need to contact the rush chairs for all the frats directly to know what rush events will be happening throughout the summer and into the fall. by "better" frats, i'll assume you mean the old row frats, in which case they already have their bid lists made for the most part. all of the old row frats try to recruit primarily men they already know/from the same hometown so they don't feel a need to list rush chair information. however, most frats do list rush chair info on their direct chapter websites.

So getting a bid from the old row fraternities is not an option anymore, as in they have most likely stopped due to filling their future class, or should I spend time in trying to get a bid from one of them as soon as possible?
