fraternities in trouble

Does anybody have any updates on the fallout from this semester. Are any of the fraternities in actual danger of being kicked off campus? I know Theta Chi and Pike were two of the big offenders, but i think there presence is too strong to be kicked of campus. And any updates on that Sigma Chi Lawsuit?, is it still ongoing?

Supposedly DTD's charter may be taken away, but don't quote me on that.
