Tier 1-5 could and probably should be condensed into 3 tiers.

Tier 1: DKE, SAE
Tier 1.5:(basically could be 1 or 2 depending on who you ask) KA, Phi Gamm, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi
Tier 2: Pike, Sig Nu
Tier 2.5:(mobile fraternities that will probably be tier 2 or 3 depending on who does the best in the next year or two) Beta, Delta Chi, Pi Kapp, Lambda Chi
Tier 3: Phi Delt, ATO
Tier 4: DTD, Kappa Sig, AKL, ZBT, Sigma Pi

You're right - Phi Gam is too high and I put EN twice. Here's how it should be:

Tier 1: DKE, OX, EX, SAE, DX, KA

Tier 2: Phi Gam, Beta, Pi Kapp, Pike, EN, LXA

Tier 3: ATO, Phi Delt
