is sigep building a new house or not?

So SigEp swapper with KA, KA is building a new bigger house and now SigEp has been talking up this new chapter house that's supposed to be done in coming months. Can't find pictures or renderings online. Whats going on?

SigEp is currently in a house on Jefferson and in the process of remodeling KA's old house and there is a rendering outside of the construction site.

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
