When are pi phi, aopi, and dz houses supposed to be finished?

Pi Phi spring 2018
AOPi and DZ probably fall 2018/ spring 2019

Pi Phi will be ready for the girls to move in spring of 2018 but likely open in November! The outside will be complete by rush and it will just need decorating and finishing touches on the inside at that point. DZ is fall of 2018
