My great-grandmother (RIP) was one of the members of the original chapter that was active in the 1930s and '40s. They closed while she was an active, but she absolutely loved her sisters and Sigma Kappa. She stayed active as an alum all her life, and she would have been out of her mind with joy to see them come back.

probably not 2020!! They have to make sure they get enough funds, alumni support, and secure an area for a house! on top of that promote the hell out of themselves to upperclassmen PNMS to make sure they get the right mix of girls.

I know DG waited four years after being invited. Sigma Kappa would probably do well to do the same. It's going to take a huge effort and a huge amount of planning.

DG presented in 2007 with AXiD and APhi. APhi re-installed in 2008, and DG re-installed in 2011. There was an intentional three-year wait between the re-installs (AXiD was not chosen to colonize). SK's current timing to re-colonize takes into consideration the rebuilding of Alabama's sorority chapter homes that is occurring.

Wow, can this be approved anywhere else? I think it's great but SK just got got a new chapter at Indiana and at Dayton. They've gained like 7 new chapters in the past two years, can they handled starting one at bama?
