KKG would be near the bottom for grades and looks, and the middle for involvement and sisterhood. They are social and fun and have the reputation, but a lot of your other criteria, they're lacking in.

I used the above commenters ranks to split them up into quads and gave them points in each area, and ranked them myself by social life:

KKG/Phi Mu/XO/KD - 1 point
AXO/Pi Phi/ZTA/APhi - 2 points
DDD/AGD/ADPi/DG - 3 points
GPhi/Theta/AOPi/DZ - 4 points

Here are the totals, and I gave -1 for Old Row and +1 for New Row. Lower score means higher rank:
AXO: 8 (-1)=7
ADPi: 11 (+1)=12
AGD: 9 (-1)=8
AOPi: 17 (+1)=18
APhi: 14 (+1)=15
XO: 6 (-1)=5
DDD: 11 (-1)=10
DG: 14 (+1)=15
DZ: 20 (+1)=21
GPhi: 18 (+1)=19
KAT: 16 (+1)=17
KD: 11 (-1)=10
KKG: 11 (-1)=10
Pi Phi: 10 (+1)=11
Phi Mu: 9 (-1)=8
ZTA: 14 (+1)=15

So grouping them by 4's would be:

I realize AGD came out higher than a lot of people think they deserve, but I think adding these numbers together at least shows everyone why the tiers are the way they are. Yes, houses like APhi and ZTA are pretty and they party a lot, but they have terrible grades and sisterhood.
