depends on where you go. frats don't have parties on wednesday or thursday nights unless they're date parties, but either way a PNM like you shouldn't be attending frat parties. your other option for going out is a bar, and it depends on which bar you go to because you could wear anything from a t shirt to a full on outfit... but also PNMs shouldn't be at bars either.
