rush advice: fraternities

Can someone give me info about the following, coming from Texas but no one from my high school goes to Bama:
Phi Gamma Delta
Sigma Chi
Delta Tau Delta
Sigma Nu
Pi Kappa Alpha
This website may be dumb but maybe I'll get some decent advice.

phi gam and sigma nu are both old row and honestly if you don't know anyone personally you probably won't get a bid so id suggest to focus on the other new row/jefferson houses.
sigma chi is a great house. on univ blvd, top of new row, fun parties/darties and a lot of girls like the guys. some people say they're "try hards" but personally i don't see it.
delta tau delta is an average house on jefferson. not the worst but definitely not the best.
pike is pike. on univ blvd, new row, "pike spikes." stop a bad house, known for having guys that are really into fitness and whatnot, a handful of girls like them, kind of a new row and scaled back version of sae.

Oh come on. He could possibly get a bid at Phi Gam or SNU but it would be harder. I would contact all those houses except DTD, and see if they reach out back to you. If they do, go to a couple events for each house and decide which you like. Phi Gam and Snu are good old row houses and SX and Pike are good new row houses. Phi Gam I see as the smart alabama boys, snu is either rowdy or chill but good alabama dudes, sigma chi is more west coast vibe but chill, smoke a lot, pike is more of a straight party house and has a rep for guys who lift and do intramurals. I know Texas kids in ever one of those houses so you're fine.
