biggest and nicest physical jefferson houses

Just curious, in a day where all fraternities and sororites at Bama are rebuilding and renovating what are the biggest and nicest Jefferson houses? This exposes what high although socially might not be some peoples favorites, still have good finances and backing from alum, trustees, and nationals.

All of the houses on Jefferson are decently sized and basically the same as one another.

Kappa Sig
DTD
LXA
ZBT

These are the strongest houses on Jefferson in no real order. Each is established on campus with strong to moderate alumni support and Machine affiliation. I could see any of these houses moving to University at some point. Some just prefer to stay where they're at.

Id definitely say that delta chi and sig ep are the best houses on jefferson, and a lot of people also like lambda chi.

honestly as a sorority girl i now a lot of other girls that really don't like dtd or zbt. i mean both are good houses but alot of girls feel like they're the duds of the jefferson frats here

I also feel like Phi Sig is on the rise. They're a favorite among a lot of top tier sororities, as well as from other tiers. This goes for Jefferson houses only of course.

phi sig is eh. ive personally never seen top tier sorority girls actually hang out with them but i know they were paired with phi mu for this years homecoming.

overall sig ep is very popular among sorority girls in all tiers. delta chi, kappa sig, and lambda chi are pretty good too.

Most definitely ZBT, DX, LXA. Kappa sig & DTD aren't that popular around sororities. DX & LXA events are typically filled with alpha phis or zetas.

DX's house was recently renovated and has cool courtyard, sig ep has great guys but def not best physical house its small and has no band room

Their house is physically smaller than University houses, but still pretty nice.
