Which is the best/worst fraternity on new row?

i'm a girl and i think this is the general popular opinion

best: sig ep, delta chi
worst: kappa sig, dtd, delta sig

There isn't a physical New Row. However, the houses considered New Row are tiered below:

Theta Chi, Pike, Pi Kapp, Sigma Chi, ATO

Delta Chi, Beta, Kappa Sig, DTD, (Sig Ep...back on campus, still rebuilding)

LXA, ZBT

Houses such as Phi Psi, AKL, Sigma Pi and others are NOT traditionally considered "New Row".
