best pledge classes

Who had the best pledge classes for fraternities this year. Someone please rank old row houses and then the good new rows. Preferably someone from a sorority unless you're not gonna be bias and/or self rank

I'm a freshman sorority girl so I mean I've met a lot of other freshmen frat guys and this is how I'd rank the frats, taking everything into consideration:
Univ Blvd:
DKE, KA, Phi Gam, Sigma Nu
SAE, Theta Chi, Phi Delta, Sigma Chi
Pi Kappa, Pike, ATO, Beta, Phi Psi
Jefferson:
Sig Ep, Delta Chi
Lamda Chi, Kappa Sig, ZBT
Phi Sig, Sig Pi
DTD, AKL, Delta Sig, Chi Phi, Phi Kap
- Honestly all the Univ Blvd houses are really good so ranks for them really don't matter... Also ranks for frats don't matter too much in general. Every house has their sorority girl groupies every year and every house knows how to have a fun time. The only frats that don't really have good reputations are the off campus ones lol.

Dke phi gam moved down pike should be higher they got a lot of well rounded guys a lot from the rich southern areas. Also SAE got a lot of good guys a lot from rich areas outside Alabama like Florida and Atlanta. My honest opinion I'm friends with guys in both

On Jefferson Sig Ep really killed it this year.
DChi and Kappa Sig did well as well.
LXA guys kinda went down hill throughout the year.
ZBT really made a killing this year, while some upperclassmen are questionable the pledge class is very solid with the acception of very few guys.

yeah tbh jefferson houses don't really matter that much. not gonna lie. i mean they're great houses but ranking them is a waste of time because no matter how good they are they're not like the univ blvd houses.

While the best houses are on University, the top Jefferson houses beat houses like Phi Psi and even Beta. These houses are all on Jefferson for different reasons but they are all renovating cause there is no space left on University. Back in 2009 Delta Chi and ZBT were offered to move to University where Phi Delt, Sig Chi, and Theta Chi stand but they turned down due to location and now they have beautiful renovations and ZBt has a basement. Some say these houses never got to move because they are young and dont have legacyon campus but ZBT has been around for over 100 years and is one of the oldest house on campus and other houses have been around for awhile as well on Jefferson. While it's true that University does overall have better house you can't say that all of Jefferson is irrelevant especially if it is just based off location.

I will not mention my house but I will say that I am an IFC rep and my house is on the back end of Jefferson so I fight for Jefferson even though my house is moving to University bext year.

Pretty accurate but I would move 2.
PIKE should be moved higher
Lambda Chi started off good but grew into a mess ...so take them down to a level lower.
