What would you say are the gradation rates for the popular fraternities? Aka old row and the 3-4 best new row

by the looks of it you wont be "gradating" anytime soon so I wouldn't worry about it.

Give the guy a break. He may be trying to convince his parents to let him rush. Better to just check the GPA's of the houses you are interested in and compare to other houses and non-greek GPA.
