pi beta phi house?
by: incoming freshmanI saw on here that pi phi doesn't have a house but I was confused because I saw photos of a pretty big looking house on insta/google and I was just wondering what the status is with that?

okay... they currently do not have a house because it's under construction, obviously. their house will be done within the next year. they're currently in an off campus house&trailer across from publix and behind ten hoor. i don't know where theyll be rushing this upcoming recruitment because i know dz is rushing out of the stadium

actually dz isn't rushing out of their swing house because since it's so small it's considered a fire hazard.... my roommate is a dz and told me this herself.
dz is rushing out of the stadium and idk where pi phi is rushing.

ZTA & Phi mu both rushed out of that exact swing house lol.... I can 100% guarantee you DZ will be rushing out of the swing house. Pi phi needs the stadium because they don't have a swing house.

dz is rushing out of their swing house so pi phi might be in stadium! I'm not totally sure, but since they don't have a swing house on the row I'm assuming they'll use the stadium again.
