Yes, you purchase only one of the two packages for football games. Not going to football games really isn't a big deal so chill tf out... But if you do want to attend all the games, you can easily purchase tickets from other students through the Student Ticket Exchange. You will be able to find a ticket to every single game so don't worry.

I am a freshman and I went to every home game and sat lowerbowl this year. Just because you have an upper bowl ticket package of just a few games doesn't mean you can't go to all the games. Yeah, you'll probably have to buy a few tickets, but keep in mind, there is a lottery, the ticket exchange page on Facebook where students buy and sell tickets. People who buy the package with all the homegame tickets will have weekends where they won't be able to go, and we get penalized for not using tickets so there are plenty available for every game, don't stress.
