at what age does this all stop mattering
by: YaSo.... it's a real thing that people don't associate with other people based on what tier they're in. Does this last all throughout college or do people at some point grow up and realize that theyre not better than anyone based on which sorority/frat they're In???

It lasts all through college. If you stay in the south after graduation, particularly in Alabama, it will continue to matter. Is that ridiculous? Yes. But it still matters.
Because the tiers never chNge (literally haven't changed in 50 years), an Alabama alum hiring manager may judge you one day because of what house you were in.
