I'm transferring to Bama from another SEC school in which I'm an AGD. I was wondering if anyone could tell me a bit about AGD at Bama, and if it would be worthwhile to try and affiliate with Bama's chapter? Thanks!

Trying to re-affiliate with the AGD chapter here would be a good idea in my opinion. AGD is solid middle tier and old row. They have a reputation of being very religious and tend to take in more Southern girls than Northern. Good luck!

Nationally they have a bad rep, but they're strong here and at auburn. Go for it!
