what are the real sorority rankings here?

The updated Greek rank after 2017 rush is this:
Upper Top: DDD, XO, Kappa, KD
Lower Top: Phi Mu, AGD, AXO
Upper Middle: ZTA, ADP, AOPi
Lower Middle: Pi Phi, DG, Gamma Phi
Bottom: DZ, Alpha Phi, KAT
DDD was talked to have received the best pledge class this year , Chi O got a good one as well. AXO did not get as good of a pledge class as usual, and they would tell you that. AXO gets smart girls, but their parties are boring according to fraternities Bc they can’t get out of their bubble.

You can't put one sorority at the very top by itself, ranks within tiers are subjective
AXO/ PM
XO/ DDD / KKG
KD/ AGD/ ZTA
ADPi/ APhi/ PBP
GPB/ DG/ AOPi
DZ/ Theta

Top houses:
Chi O, KD, Kappa, Phi Mu,
Alpha Chi (sometimes)
Close to the top:
Alpha Gam, Tri Delt
Zeta ( for northern girls, still a bit of work needs to be done)
Anything else is not a great house with not the best reputation or no reputation, there is a sorority for everyone and every sorority is great in its own way but these are definitely the top houses if anyone was wondering!

KD, DDD, KKG, XO, AXO, PM
AGD, ZTA, PBP, ADPi
DG, AOPi, KAT, DZ, GPB, APhi

In what world are zeta and pi phi on the same level as Kappa and KD? And even XO?
No. Also move Alpha Gam up one row.
IMO:
No order within tiers
AXO/PM/KKG/DDD/KD/XO
AGD/ZTA/PBP/ADPi (although they technically could be their own level, maybe with DG)
DG/APhi/GPhi
DZ/AOPi/KAO/SK
