My mom was a legacy in a really strong house and I got dropped after second round! Nothing is assured!

My house dropped a triple legacy before. NOTHING is guaranteed.

You've got to be a Kappa Delta. No other house is that competitive/desired.

Dear wow-

I'm not a KD. I'm a XO. Chi O has the most chapters of any sorority, so with that many alumnae, there's always more legacies than spots in each pledge class.

Good Lord KD, just stop. Your house is not desired which is why you have to go so far down your bid list to get to quota. Who are you competitive with? The other old row houses TRAMPLE you during rush, so just stop.

No guarantees, either way. Trust the process.

I think that's kind of crappy to drop a triple legacy just saying

#6 There's a lot more to factor in than just being a multiple legacy. Grades, extracurriculars, leadership and personality all help create a well-rounded pnm. Our Nationals set a minimum GPA we can take, and if you're below that, no matter how great you look on paper, or how many relatives you have from our sorority, we can't extend a bid. I think most houses have a minimum GPA requirement on which they can't budge.

You are not a legacy from an aunt. Legacy means mother, sister, grandmother.
