And it is a solid house

I would describe KD as secure and confident.

It's not for everyone. Not everyone likes them. And they certainly don't (and don't care) to promote or be "seen". They don't care what people think, but not in a bad way. They just are "secure and confident" in who they are and go about their business in their own way.

If you think of everything the Kardashians are NOT (perhaps other than wealthy) you have KD. Quiet, quirky and maybe even eccentric.

I know and like people there, but it takes a certain type. If you are if that mold, it probably doesn't get any better. Again, don't think they are, nor want to be, the most popular and most desired by everyone. But for some, it's a perfect home. And in many ways, have to admire who they attract.

One last note, it's not for girls who aspire to be like them. You either are or aren't. And they seem to be expert and knowing the difference. \n\n\n\n\n

Nobody really thinks anything of KD. They're a middle tier house. They don't get the top girls, but they get a few decent ones each year. Average grades, below average involvement on campus and average looks. They kind of just blend into the background behind the other old row houses.
