are things changing???

In just the past few days, there have been a lot of new posts ranking the houses and a lot of people have been saying certain houses are falling and certain houses are moving up. How true is this? Like is KKG, PM, and KD actually falling in ranks or is it just more bs drama. I know PM's 2016 pledge class wasn't the best but just that alone can't bring them down that far. Also is ZTA and APHI actually moving up or are they self ranking? I'm actually confused and too many people are saying too many different things...
