I don't think you can really say one house is top. It's a toss up in the air between PM, KKG, and AXO...or at least it has been for a while. Right now I feel like things are really changing in ranks and so it's hard to rank all the houses because things really are changing and no matter what you rank the houses as there are going to be a handful of people saying you're wrong. PM has been a top house for a very, very long time so they're really leaning on their reputation lately. I think AXO would be hands down top house if they had more attractive girls. In all honesty, looks do matter when it comes to ranks, and AXO is pretty split with having half of their girls look great and the other half look nerdy/weird. AXO basically dominates everything else on campus so if they stepped up their looks I think they could actually be the top house. And honestly I don't even understand why KKG is ranked so high. I think it's also has to do with their past reputation and strong history on campus. Back when being "old row" meant a lot more, KKG definitely got a lot of great PNMs through the connections and networks of those from the South.
