How is theta in debt?? Like what happened for them to be in debt and are other sororities here in debt?

Theta took ourt a loan to remodel and add on to their house just before all the new construction began. And, yes, every sorority that has built a new house is in debt. In fact, Theta probably currently has les debt than the others.
