kd or axo
by: khbbhkwhat are good and bad things about KD and AXO? i'm transferring and am interested in both of these

You couldn't have picked two more opposite sororities than those. How did you end up with those two?
AXO: brainiac nerd types, splash of pageant girls and a whole lot of Jesus
KD: leftover girls who got cut from KKG, XO, DDD, AGD, AXO, PM, ZTA and PBP. If you're from out-of-state, being a KD alum will do you no good because they are even worse at most other schools than they are here. Go with a house with a stronger reputation nationally (which would be EVERY OTHER HOUSE ON CAMPUS).

Pros of AXO: Considered one of the top houses along with PM & KKG, top in grades, "old row" label, strong nationals.
Cons of AXO: Very competitive (not just during rush but also being a member), recruits a certain type of girl (very smart/nerdy, overachieving/outgoing, the girl in high school that everyone lowkey hated because she was such an overachiever).
Pros of KD: Solid top of middle tier, "old row" label, strong nationals.
Cons of KD: Recruits a certain type of girl (old money, the girl in high school who was socially outgoing, from a wealthy family that had a lot of connection), more Southern, known for being more wild.
Both of these sororities are very good. Scratch that - All sororities here are good. These two should not be your only choices as you plan to rush when you transfer. Stop being so ignorant and take all sororities into consideration. If AXO and KD knew who you were and that you were only interested in these two houses only they'd automatically drop you because no one wants that kind of mentality in their sorority.

well honey, there is no need to be rude. I'm not even sure if I am going to rush at all, just saying i've heard great things about both of these houses and yes! i would be very lucky for them to keep me. What's so wrong with being interested and wanting to know more about them?
