We're getting to the time of year where we're almost back at school, and I can tell that a lot of PNM's are on this website, trying to scope out which sorority they want to join. As an current sorority member, I'm going to give you my two cents.
Tier's don't matter at all, and anyone who says they do are either freshmen, or spend all their time on this website.
There are tons and tons of pretty, smart, and qualified PNMs that go through recruitment. Just because you hold one or more of these qualities doesn't mean you'll automatically get a bid to a specific sorority.
Every sorority here has something positive to offer and it's really important to keep an open mind.
Stay off this website, and use first semester/actual recruitment to learn about the sororities and create your own opinions.

Remember that after freshman year it doesn't matter. Being in a top house can be lonely too take it from me. In the end, the only thing that matters is that you truly bond with your sisters. I had to be in a top house when I came here is a freshman but have more true friends in the lower tier ones so be careful what you wish for. Follow your heart.
