It's the crazy A Phi alum who gets paid to monitor this board and write comments favorable to A Phi. She put enough crazy stuff in the the ranking so maybe you wouldn't notice that the also selected A Phi as a top house.

A Phi is accused nationally of using sites like Greek Rank to improve their brand. That's one of the reason they'll never be well respected at any school. If you have to buy good ratings it shows.
