Why is DDD pledge class number so low? Based on an earlier explanation it sounds like a good thing? They must have high return rates or good retention?

DDD took freshman quota of 134, they had three quota additions and took one upperclassman. They have high retention, and high returns. The houses with strong retention typically have smaller pledge classes. Also, their national organization does not require them to take upperclass quota, so they don't.

Please tell us who else is doing COB since you know so much? 8 houses, maybe or maybe not. GPB is really blatant about it so everyone knows about them. Someone mentioned phi mu, but that could be a rumor.

Or maybe there aren't any G Phi's on here to refute your assumptions. I don't know yes or no on cob but I do know they get bullied a lot on here. The comment above is typical. If you comment in favor of some houses there's an immediate outcry of self ranking. If people don't comment, it's seen as admitting you suck. Weird and impossible!

That wasn't a slam at gamma phi, they are very open about COB! Girls from recruitment are posting about accepting a bid or attending an event there. So what? Many houses are very quiet about COB, that was my only point. I am happy for any girl who gets into any house if it's a good fit for them. That is all!

Is there a way to get invited to COB events, I filled out the form and I hear that several houses are holding events.

If you filled out the form, call the Panhellenic office, or the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, and ask if they have it. But there are no guarantees that you'll be called. The sororities can pick and choose who they want to invite for a COB event. If you don't hear from manyone, either your grades are not that great, or you need to work on appearance and/or personality, or you need to get out and meet people - make friends with sorority women who MIGHT ask you to a COB event next semester.
