Why wait for responses, can answer this without help...
1. My Mom told me to pledge this house (10 percent, but they won't admit it).
2. People I know from high school are in it (15 percent).
3. Because other girls said it had a good reputation (25 percent).
4. I liked the girls I met during rush (30 percent).
5. I liked the (physical) house. (5 percent)
6. It was the best of the ones I could get bids from (10 percent).
7. Didn't really like it, but all I had left. (5 percent).

I might change the percentages, but the reasoning is spot on.
Here's a question. If you fell into the percent that liked the girls you met, what was it about them you liked? Assuming you weren't friends before you walked in the house, what grabbed you?
